beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
During my stay, I was thrilled with the luxurious and spacious room that had been recently refurbished, complete with a magical view right out of the window. The location was perfect and allowed easy access to the charming town, enriched by the delightful local cafe on-site, which was an added bonus for evening drinks. The helpful reception staff went out of their way to assist us, even helping us assemble an extra bed for our child, which truly made our visit special.

Conveniently located near the charming town attractions.
The check-in process was exasperatingly slow, taking almost 45 minutes before anyone arrived to assist us. The staff member who finally checked us in was unfriendly and seemed irritated, as if it was our fault for being late, despite our arrival being well within the specified time. the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms was disappointing, with visible signs of neglect during my stay, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

The location of the cafe was perfect, right in the heart of Vianden. The pastries were delightful, with a fresh pain au chocolat and warm bread that added a lovely touch to breakfast. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace, soaking in the charming views. the service was a bit slow, and it took longer than expected to get our drinks. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during busy hours, which affected the overall experience. A little more attentiveness from the team would enhance the visit quite a bit.

Great location but terrible experience
The location was perfect, right near the castle, and the bed was comfortable, but I encountered multiple issues during my stay. Initially, the room provided was unusable, forcing me to share a communal bathroom, which was far from ideal. the check-in process was disorganized, and communication with staff was difficult.

this hotel is super cozy and just right in the middle of vianden. the staff were super friendly, and we def got the best room with a private bathroom that was really spacious and comfy. breakfast was also amazin, just what we needed to start the day. we'd totally recommend this place for the price!
the only downside was that there wasn't any soap or shampoo in the shower, and the shared bathrooms could get a bit messy sometimes.

This was just a prime choice for a short stay in Vianden with definitely value for money. The warm bread at breakfast was a lovely touch to start the day. Bring a power adapter if you're traveling internationally, as the outlets can be tricky.

The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, making a decent first impression. They allow luggage storage before check-in, which is a helpful touch for early arrivals.
Their communication is a mess. trying to explain issues in English or French is tricky, and at one point, I was given a room without a fully functional door, which left a gap. I also experienced issues with room amenities, like a leaking shower and a faulty power outlet that didn't seem safe. To top it off, someone attempted to enter my room without knocking, so privacy is not exactly a strong point here.

The centrally located hotel offered a spacious and recently refurbished room with a powerful shower, enhancing our stay. Parking was conveniently available on the street, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the room temperature was a concern, turning quite cold without efficient heating, and there were some minor issues with cleanliness in shared spaces. Despite these setbacks, the stay remained enjoyable thanks to the stunning views and a delightful selection of pastries at breakfast.

Staying here was a blast with my friends! We enjoyed visiting the castle and taking a scenic walk by the river. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made everything feel right. Breakfast was solid too – a perfect way to kick off our days exploring.
We faced some issues with the en-suite bathroom, which ended up being unusable during our stay. It was inconvenient having to share the communal bathroom instead.
